Arthromed Orthopedic Hospital

In 2017, ADKONS completed the design and construction of Arthromed Orthopedic Hospital, a state-of-the-art five-floor orthopedic clinic located at Sheshi Guintash, Laprakë, in Tirana, Albania. This €1.2 million project, executed under an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) turnkey contract, showcases ADKONS’ expertise in delivering healthcare facilities tailored to modern medical standards.

The project encompassed the complete design and construction of the hospital, including patient care areas, advanced medical facilities, and administrative spaces. The design prioritized functionality, patient comfort, and efficiency, creating an environment conducive to both high-quality medical care and operational excellence. Special attention was given to optimizing space utilization across the five floors, integrating modern medical technology and ensuring accessibility for patients and staff.
