From 2024 to 2025, ADKONS will be providing civil works for the construction of the China State Embassy Residence in Tirana, Albania, located on Rr. Sali Butka. This €6 million project focuses on building a secure, high-quality residential facility for the embassy, ensuring a comfortable and functional living space for diplomatic staff.

As a subcontractor for civil works, ADKONS is responsible for the construction of the foundations, structural elements, and other essential infrastructure of the residence.
