Xheko Luxury Hotel (Phase 1)

From 2016 to 2018, ADKONS undertook the comprehensive renovation of the Xheko Luxury Hotel in Tirana, Albania, located on Rr. Ibrahim Rugova. This €4 million project, carried out under a Construction Management and Supervision contract, aimed to enhance the hotel’s luxury appeal while maintaining its distinctive charm.

The scope of the renovation included six main floors, the lobby area, and two underground service areas. Each space was meticulously redesigned to elevate the guest experience, incorporating modern aesthetics and functional upgrades. The lobby was transformed into an inviting centerpiece, reflecting sophistication and grandeur, while the service areas were optimized for efficiency to support the hotel’s operations seamlessly.

ADKONS provided end-to-end construction management services, ensuring that every phase of the project adhered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
