German Embassy Residence Renovation

In 2018, ADKONS successfully completed the renovation of the German Embassy Residence in Tirana, Albania, located at 8RH5+P54. This turnkey EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) project, valued at €0.08 million, focused on enhancing the exterior spaces of the residence, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

The renovation project included the refurbishment of the entrance road, pedestrian passage, and installation of safety barriers to improve accessibility and security. Additionally, ADKONS undertook extensive landscaping to revitalize the surrounding area, creating a welcoming and visually appealing environment. The design emphasized blending functionality with elegance, ensuring that the improvements aligned with the overall architectural character of the residence.
